Medical Aid

Every year, we organise camps in the Greater Lamakazi area to minimise the travel time for patients. Instead of sending patients to the VARD Eye Hospital, we bring doctors in these camps to ensure that patients get access to medical aid as quickly as possible. We have been providing ongoing medical care, eye operations, providing prescriptions as well as eye tests to the patients. We have a team of medical experts who provide consultation and care to patients at these camps. All the medical care provided by our organisation is free  to the patients.

To ensure that the patients receive the necessary treatment, we provide financial support to VARD Eye Hospital. The hospital costs are funded by the charity, including the costs of surgeries, medications, and other necessary medical equipment. We also provide financial assistance to patients who cannot afford treatment costs on their own.

The impact of our project is significant. We have been able to provide ongoing medical care and financial support to patients suffering from serious eye infections and diseases. This has resulted in better health outcomes for the patients, improved quality of life, and decreased financial burdens on the patients and their families. The patients who have received treatment have expressed their gratitude towards our organisation for providing them with the necessary support during their time of need.

We are committed to providing continuous care to individuals suffering from serious eye infections and diseases. We will continue to provide ongoing medical care, eye operations, prescriptions as well as eye tests to the patients free of costs.  Our efforts have made a significant impact on the lives of patients, and we will continue to strive towards providing better care and support to those in need.
